With a strong background in competitive skiing and a love for CrossFit, Bizzie Gold focused on fusing plyometric drills with the traditional yoga “vinyasa” to maximize calorie burn while attaining long, lean muscle tone. Competitive ski training focuses on plyometric drills to increase explosive power and overall cardiovascular strength.
After a major injury, Bizzie decided to add a yoga practice to her training — the results were amazing. “When I developed BUTI, my goal was to build a yoga-based practice that allowed me to achieve the same results I would get from a grueling 2-hour gym workout.

BUTI plyometric drills target specific muscle groups and each have a yoga-based component.
